Poetry. In Te Maunga we learned about Poetry. In Poetry we learned about simile, metaphor, onomatopoeia, imagery, personification and alliteration. Personification is when something is doing what a person is doing.

What You Need To know About Cross Country In Te Maunga we learned about Cross Country. On September 25 Paihia school did Cross Country at Bledisloe. First we run around the field. Then we jumped over a gate and went up a hill. After we went down the hill to the fish line. I felt sweaty, sore, hot, hungry and thirsty.

In Te Maunga we learned about geometry. I learnt that ther are 3 dimenchins length depth and width.

In Te Maunga we learned about making moves. I learnt that people made the sowends and recorded the sounds and put the sounds on the move.

kindness letter

In Te Maunga we have been learning to write kindness letters. In my letter I wrote my family and I had a group video chat during lockdown. To have a moments silence to celebrate grandad’s life.

Fungi, Bacteria and Viruses.

In Te Maunga we learnt about Fungi, Bacteria and Viruses. I learnt about bacteria and it makes your shoes and socks smell.
